Born and educated in the Philippines, Jecris Dionson Tubigon has two bachelor’s degrees: Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Bachelor in Elementary Education, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration.

He worked in the education sector primarily as a teacher and later, as an officer in management.

Before immigrating to Canada, Jecris also served a short stint at a local government unit in the Philippines.

In Canada, Jecris earned his license from the Law Society of Ontario as a Paralegal the year after his arrival and became a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council a year after. He has since found his calling in assisting his kababayans and newcomers from countries all over the world come and settle in Canada.
